Loose Nukes

Unidentified and uncontrolled nuclear weapons continue to pose a grave threat to the security of our nation. We must identify and secure nuclear weapons from the former Soviet Union and elsewhere and prevent them from reaching unreliable hands. We must continue to discourage nations from developing nuclear weapons capabilities.
