Defeating Terrorists

Terrorist attacks and the fears and chaos they engender threaten the principles upon which this great nation was built. We must pursue international terrorists worldwide, with the coordinated cooperation and support of all peace-loving peoples everywhere. We must use more effective methods within the law to ensure that international terrorists do not enter our borders and that those who plan or commit acts of terror within our borders are brought to justice and removed as threats. We must secure our ports from the illicit entry of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons in containers or otherwise. We must vigorously fight those who would spread hate and limit freedom. And we must ensure that in our fights against terrorists at home and abroad we never undermine or compromise our American values, including individual freedom and the rule of law that we are fighting to preserve.
